How to Contribute and Make a Pledge
To Pay by Automatic Contribution System (ACS)
Complete and send the ACS Enrollment Form below with a voided check. If you are already enrolled in ACS, contact the Office of the Treasurer to update your contribution preferences.
To Pay by Check
Make your check payable to "National Bahá'í Fund" and write "Chilean Temple Fund" on the memo line of the check. Mail your check with Contribution Form (below) to the Office of the Treasurer.
To Pay by Credit Card
Complete and send in the Credit Card Withdrawal Form (Visa or Mastercard only) below.

Making Your Contribution Tax-Deductible
To ensure that your contribution to the Chilean Temple Fund is tax-deductible, you will need to give discretion for your contribution to the National Spiritual Assembly. Mark "Yes" on the ACS, Contribution, and Credit Card Forms to give discretion to the National Assembly.
You may also write on your check "It is my wish, hope, and desire that this contribution go to the Chilean Temple Fund" to meet IRS requirements for tax-deductibility purposes.
